Given New Orleans' reputation as the founding place of so many of the country's classic cocktails, we knew the quality of our beverage program needed to mirror that of the food. Bar manager, Chris Dulaney designed a menu that honors the classics while leaving room for playful interpretations and thoughtful innovation. Dulaney couples modern techniques and an emphasis on seasonality with the finest liquors to construct the bar's cocktail program. For the wine program, Wine Director and Sommelier Buck Williams, sources accessible and premium bottles locally and internationally to develop an extensive list to complement the restaurant's menu and help quench New Orleans' thirst for adventure.
